Semi-Automatic Spiral Paper Tube Production Line
For this production line, like many of our machines, it has different grades.
•The whole set of equipment contains three machines: paper slitter,reeling tube mahcine,precise cutter machine.
•The thickness about paper tubes are produced by two wheel reeling tube machine is 0.5-10mm, the diameter is 25-200mm
•The thickness about paper tubes are produced by four wheel reeling tube machine is 0.5-20mm, the diameter is 30-200mm

1.FQ-1600's Paper Slitter:
FQ-1600's function is to slit paper into various sizes before reeling. It has self-locking function for upper and lower blades.Pneumatic reeling spindle, double reeling and step-less speed adjustment.

2.LQZ-2 Tracing, Cutting Spiral tube machine:
The functions to roll the tube and long tube cutting. Tolerances: +5mm, which will meet the standard for cloth tube reeling and air spinning reeling. If particular length needed, precision cutter will need be connected.
Paper tube thickness: 0.8-10mm
Paper tube diameter: 20-200mm
Speed: 3-15meters/min(step-less speed adjustment)

3.QGJ-98 Precise Cutter:
The function is to cut the semi-finished product into the required length of chemical fibre tube and air spinning tube.The machine has pneumatic control which makes it easy to adjust.Suitable for various specification of air-spinning tube and short tube.
