Cylinder Specifications:
Cylinder Diameter: Common diameters include 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, etc. These different sizes are designed to meet the requirements of various applications and working loads.
Stroke: The stroke length varies according to different application needs. For rodless cylinders, the cylinder diameter ranges from 8mm to 80mm. When the cylinder diameter is not less than 40mm, the maximum stroke can reach 6m.
Working Pressure: The general working pressure range is 0.4MPa - 0.6MPa. The maximum operating pressure is 1.0MPa, and the minimum operating pressure is 0.05MPa.
Piston Speed: The piston speed usually ranges from 50mm/s to 1000mm/s. When the cylinder diameter is 125mm, the speed is between 50mm/s and 700mm/s.
Operating Temperature: For cylinders without magnetic switches, the operating temperature range is - 10ºC to + 70ºC, while for those with magnetic switches, it is - 10ºC to + 60ºC.
Diameter of Take - over: When the cylinder diameter is 32mm, the diameter of the take - over is 1/8; for 40mm - 50mm cylinders, it is 1/4; for 63mm - 80mm cylinders, it is 3/8; and for 100mm - 125mm cylinders, it is 1/2.
