The single-column hydraulic press features a C-type structure, offering broad versatility and suitability for pressing plastic materials and powder products, calibrating shafts and similar components, assembling electrical parts, and performing various processes on small plate parts, such as drawing, forming, blanking, indentation, and embossing. Operation of the press can be conducted manually or via foot pedal, with adjustable pressure within a specified range, ensuring ease of use, flexibility, safety, and reliability.
1. The single-column hydraulic press boasts excellent structural rigidity, superior guiding performance, and rapid operation.
2. A convenient manual adjustment mechanism allows for the indenter or upper table to be positioned at any point during the stroke pressing, as well as adjusting the fast-forward and process stroke lengths.
3. The robust open structure, achieved through full welding, ensures sufficient rigidity while providing a user-friendly operational space.
4. The single-column hydraulic press employs a vertical unit layout, with all machine components housed within the body, resulting in a tidy and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Operation can be performed using either a handle or foot pedal, with adjustable pressure and controllable stroke size, making the operation relatively straightforward.

Safe Operation Procedures for Hydraulic Presses
1. Operators must undergo training to understand the equipment's performance and operational techniques before working independently.
2. Prior to operation, clear all debris from the mold and wipe any dirt from the hydraulic press rod.
3. Mold installation on the hydraulic press must occur while the power is off; avoid contact with the start button, handle, or footswitch.
4. Center the upper and lower molds, adjust the mold clearance, and ensure no lateral deviation from the center. Confirm the mold's position through a fixed-pressure test.
5. Before commencing work, run the equipment idle for five minutes and inspect the oil tank level, oil pump sound, and hydraulic unit, pipes, joints, and pistons for leaks. (Shenzhen hydraulic press TM series)
6. Conduct a pressure test upon starting the equipment to verify if the pressure meets the working requirements, if the equipment operates normally and reliably, and if there are no leaks.
7. Adjust the working pressure, which should not exceed 90% of the equipment's rated pressure. Test a workpiece and commence production only after passing inspection.
8. For various hydraulic profiles and workpieces, adjust the working pressure, press pressure, holding pressure duration, and frequency as needed during pressing and correction to prevent damage to the mold and workpieces.
9. It is strictly forbidden to place hands or heads within the working area of the pressure plate and mold while the pressure plate is moving up and down.
10. Do not perform hammering, stretching, welding, bending, twisting, or similar operations simultaneously on the workpiece.
11. Smoking, welding, cutting, and open flames are prohibited around the hydraulic press. Flammable and explosive materials must not be stored nearby. Implement appropriate fire prevention measures.
12. Upon completion of work, disconnect the power supply, clean and lubricate the hydraulic press rod, and tidy and organize the molds and workpieces.
